From podcasts that encourage manipulative behavior to those that perpetuate hookup culture, it can be difficult to find ones with good relationship advice to listen to. Our top 11 picks include podcasts hosted by psychologists and ones hosted by women (and men), all dedicated to giving good relationship advice.

1. Let’s Get Vulnerable

Psychologist and relationship coach Dr. Morgan Anderson tackles the psychology behind healthy relationships. From her solo episodes, where she tackles psychological topics relating to relationships, to insightful interviews with a variety of guests, this podcast will get you thinking. Her recent series on attachment theory will not only improve your relationships, but it will change the way you go about romantic, familial, and platonic relationships. Listen here.

2. Where Should We Begin? With Esther Perel

Esther Perel is one of the most famous therapists in the world specializing in relationships. In her podcast, she covers every relationship advice topic you could possibly think of, from how the way your relationship starts matters to why infidelity is so hurtful. Her extensive library of episodes has something for everyone, making this a must-listen. Listen here.

3. ILYSM Podcast With Kenzie Elizabeth

Influencer Kenzie Elizabeth Piper (who we adore) covers everything about being a young woman in today’s culture, so it’s inevitable that she has several episodes about dating advice and dating culture. 4. Note to Self by Payton Sartain

Payton Sartain is an influencer and entrepreneur who keeps her advice real while being kind to her listeners. She’s like your big sister helping you navigate your way through your 20s, offering insightful advice regarding relationships and life in general. 5. Small Things Often

Produced by the Gottman Institute, this podcast puts out bite-sized episodes with great relationship advice. Each episode is only a few minutes long, so it’s perfect for those who don't have the time to listen to an hour-long podcast. Listen here.

6. Things You Learn in Therapy

Hosted by psychologist Beth Trammell, this podcast features interviews with fellow therapists and mental health experts on anything related to psychology. Though not all of her episodes are about relationships, her ones centered around them are definitely worth the listen. Listen here.

7. Dear Therapists With Lori Gottlieb and Guy Winch

Therapists Lori Gottlieb and Guy Winch host this weekly podcast where they have mock therapy sessions (they can’t post real ones due to confidentiality laws) similar to sessions they’ve had with patients IRL. They give the same advice they would give to an IRL patient, letting listeners experience a therapy session with them. Though not all of their episodes are about relationships, they give you free access to relationship advice (and other forms of advice) from a therapist. Listen here.

8. Committed With Jo Piazza

Even though this podcast no longer puts out new episodes, if you've never heard it, it’s still worth the listen. Author Jo Piazza tells stories about couples and how they overcame their problems while offering her commentary (which is usually humorous). It’s a great podcast to listen to if you’re in a long-term relationship and want to improve the way you communicate with your boyfriend or husband. Listen here.

9. The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast

Lauryn Bosstick, the creator of The Skinny Confidential, hosts this podcast with her husband and Dear Media Podcast Network CEO Michael Bosstick. 11. Love Life With Matthew Hussey

Matthew Hussey is a popular dating coach and author of Get the Guy, and his massively popular YouTube channel and Instagram page feature dating advice for women. His podcast features two types of episodes: short-form episodes similar to his YouTube videos that you can listen to on the go and long-form interviews with other dating experts. He’s not only fun to listen to, but he does a great job breaking down more complex topics regarding dating. Listen here.
