Kanye West angered many people when he appeared on Tucker Carlson's show and attended conservative pundit Candace Owen's premiere of The Great Lie Ever Sold, a documentary about the Black Lives Matter scam. He followed it all up with a tweet about going "death con 3 on Jewish people" and an interview on the popular podcast Drink Champs, where he referred to Jewish people who were controlling rap labels, celebrities like his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, and much of the media. The episode was promptly removed from YouTube after it aired, followed by many people demanding that he apologize for his anti-Semitic remarks. Kanye ignored the demands and continued to speak out on the same topic, even calling on George Soros to have a meeting with him.

Adidas Ends Partnership with Kanye West After He's Widely Accused of Anti-Semitism

Kanye's brand Yeezy was producing roughly 10% of Adidas' annual revenue, and they've been partners for the last seven years. Their partnership is so lucrative that it's estimated Adidas will lose up to $246 million this year alone by cutting ties with Kanye. But Adidas released a statement saying they don't tolerate Kanye's comments:

“Adidas does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech. Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.”

They announced that Adidas will "stop the Adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect," which apparently came about after a "thorough review."

This comes after countless social media users and celebrities were tagging Adidas and calling on them to "drop Kanye West." Kim Kardashian even spoke out against her ex-husband on Twitter: "Hate speech is never OK or excusable. I stand together with the Jewish community and call on the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric towards them to come to an immediate end."

At this point, there's hardly anyone out there who is still supporting Kanye after his comments. The agency CAA has also dropped Kanye as a client. Many of his fans have announced their disappointment in Kanye and have turned against him.

Reportedly, since Adidas cut ties with Kanye, he is no longer a billionaire as his net worth will plummet to $400 million. He is allegedly no longer on the Forbes billionaire list.

Adidas also added in their statement that they are the "sole owner of all design rights" to Yeezy products, which is a hint that Kanye will face legal punishment if he attempts to take his designs to a new manufacturer.
