Barack Obama Said We "Clinically Tested The Vaccine On Billions Of People" In A Speech At Stanford, Confirming What Many Have Been Saying For Months

The coronavirus pandemic over the last couple years has left the country divided, especially when it comes to the vaccine. In a speech at Stanford, former President Barack Obama said we tested the vaccine on billions of people, prompting many people to point out that he "said the quiet part out loud."

The coronavirus pandemic started with an arbitrary lockdown that forced thousands of small business to close down (many permanently) and implemented draconian mask mandates that had little to no positive impact on stopping the spread of the virus. Things got even worse when many companies and some cities established a vaccine mandate, resulting in many people losing their jobs and livelihood because they chose not to take an experimental vaccine. In a speech at Stanford earlier this year, former President Barack Obama admitted himself that the coronavirus vaccine was tested out on the billions of people who took the shot.

Barack Obama Casually Said We "Clinically Tested the Vaccine on Billions of People" in a Speech at Stanford

Obama spoke at Stanford University in April 2022, where he talked about the so-called disinformation online and how it's harmful to our society. "Regulation has to be part of the answer," he said. “This is an opportunity, it’s a chance that we should welcome for governments to take on a big important problem and prove that democracy and innovation can coexist."

In the same breath of claiming that social media posts can result in violence on the streets, he pointed to the coronavirus vaccine and said "people are dying because of misinformation."

"The fact that scientists developed safe, effective vaccines in record time is an unbelievable achievement," he said. "And yet despite the fact that we’ve now, essentially clinically tested the vaccine on billions of people worldwide, around 1 in 5 Americans is still willing to put themselves at risk and put their families at risk rather than get vaccinated."

Instagram user @thegaywhostrayed, who has 241,000 followers on, shared a clip of Obama's speech and wrote in the caption, "Saying the quiet part out loud again, are we?" For the better part of two years, millions of people around the country have refused the vaccine because there were no longterm clinical tests to determine the safety of the shot, and they were all deemed crazy conspiracy theorists. But now Obama has essentially confirmed what many have been saying for months—the vaccine is an experimental drug that wasn't properly tested on people before it was released to the public, meaning that the people who took the shot were the test rats.

Millions of people's lives were irrevocably changed because of the vaccine mandates that were implemented across the country (even if it was just for a brief period of time), and instead of acknowledging people's reasonable concerns and desire to maintain bodily autonomy, politicians and so-called experts gaslit and vilified them.
