Celebrities Who Are Conservative-Coded

Adriana Lima is following Donald Trump on social media. Meanwhile, Nick Jonas and the Kardashians have shown their support for Elon Musk. Are celebrities finally soft-launching their conservative views? Here's a list of more stars who seem to give off right-wing vibes.

Many celebrities backed Kamala Harris in the 2024 election. Big names like Billie Eilish, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, and Taylor Swift publicly supported Harris during her failed presidential campaign. On the other hand, few in Hollywood openly voiced support for Donald Trump – and many remained silent about their voting decisions altogether.

However, social media users – most notably panicked liberal Redditors – have been discussing certain stars who appear to be “conservative-coded." While these stars may not have publicly declared their political stance, their values and behavior have led some to speculate that they lean more toward the right. Let's take a look at them, shall we?

Chris Pratt

Is “America’s Sweetheart” right-wing? The consensus points to yes, but no one really knows for sure since Chris Pratt has never confirmed his stance himself. However, in 2023, Reddit users on r/Popculturechat noticed that Pratt followed Instagram accounts like @menofstrengthusa, which posted memes critical of LGBTQ+ ideology – such as an image of a father shielding his children from a rainbow and a depiction of Baphomet.

Beyond his social media followings, Pratt’s faith in God and love for Jesus have also drawn attention. According to Movieguide.org, Pratt shared an Easter message on Instagram, writing, “HE IS RISEN! #HappyEaster,” alongside a photo of himself and two others standing in front of a cross.

“He transformed my life. He can transform yours as well. I promise you,” Pratt added, quoting John 14:6: “Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.”

This wasn’t the first time Pratt spoke so openly about his Christian faith. At the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards, the Guardians of the Galaxy star said, “God is real. God loves you. God wants the best for you. Believe that; I do.” His Instagram bio further cements his beliefs with the phrase, “God first. Grateful to be here.”

Pratt's outspoken faith, traditional values, and social media activity have led me to think that he's conservative.

Nicole Scherzinger

Pussycat Dolls icon Nicole Scherzinger is not only gorgeous and talented – she's also very "based," according to X users. This year, she liked a post by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. calling to "restore free speech, end the forever wars, and protect children's health" once Donald Trump is back in office.

She also liked a post from Russell Brand showing him wearing a MAGA hat.

Nick Jonas

Nick Jonas is usually known for playing it safe when it comes to public statements, but a recent interaction on X (formerly Twitter) has raised some eyebrows. When Elon Musk posted a GIF of the Jonas Brothers flipping a table, Nick retweeted it with a photo of Musk and the caption, “Take us to the Year 3000.”

Now, obviously, it’s a nod to the Jonas Brothers’ cover, but most celebrities would go out of their way to distance themselves from Musk’s posts. The fact that Jonas not only interacted with Musk’s tweet but also did so in such a lighthearted, positive manner says a lot. At the very least, it shows he doesn’t share Hollywood’s hatred for the Tesla founder – and maybe, just maybe, he’s even a bit of a fan.

The Kardashians

Speaking of Elon Musk fans, the Kardashians have also been getting cozy with the billionaire lately – and not in a subtle way at all. Last month, Kim Kardashian promoted Tesla’s $30,000 humanoid robot with a photo shoot. Meanwhile, Khloé Kardashian announced her new podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, which will premiere exclusively on X (formerly Twitter) on January 8.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the video podcast will first air on Musk’s platform with an exclusive 24-hour window before being released on traditional platforms. “This podcast will allow me to explore so many powerful topics, like love, healing, and happiness, and X is the perfect platform to share my curiosity and wonder,” Khloé shared in a statement. At this rate, we wouldn’t be surprised if Kris Jenner orchestrates a full-blown Kardashian SpaceX sponsorship deal.

Sydney Sweeney

Blonde bombshell and actress Sydney Sweeney found herself at the center of controversy in 2022 after posting pictures from her mother’s 60th birthday party. Among the photos she uploaded to Instagram, fans noticed a "Blue Lives Matter" shirt and MAGA-inspired red hats – and the internet reacted the way you would expect it to. Enraged leftists expected her to denounce her family’s political views, with some accusing her of complicity for not publicly shaming them.

In response, the Anyone But You star tweeted, “You guys this is wild. An innocent celebration for my mom's milestone 60th birthday has turned into an absurd political statement, which was not the intention. Please stop making assumptions. Much love to everyone. And Happy Birthday Mom!”

Her refusal to publicly denounce her family in exchange for acceptance by the left is often seen as a right-wing move (though it really shouldn’t be).

Doutzen Kroes

Doutzen Kroes, former Victoria's Secret Angel, opened up about her views on vaccine mandates at the height of the pandemic. In 2021, she shared a post on Instagram that quickly went viral, stating, “I will not be forced to take the shot. I will not be forced to prove my health to participate in society. I will not accept exclusion of people based on their medical status.”

Kroes fueled outrage, considering how many celebrities supported the pro-mandate initiatives. But Doutzen wasn’t backing down. In fact, she doubled down, and honed in on the importance of free speech: “Freedom of speech is a right worth fighting for, but we can only solve this united in peace and love!”

In the iconic RFK Jr. style, Doutzen also voiced her concerns about Big Pharma’s influence, calling for a healthcare system that isn’t “funded by big pharma and oil companies.”

Adriana Lima

Interesting how stunning models seem to gravitate toward conservative values.

Adriana Lima, the legendary Victoria's Secret Angel, was seen liking posts related to Donald Trump’s presidential win on Instagram. She also follows both Ivanka and Trump on social media. Known for her devout Catholic faith, the model has always been open about her conservative values, including abstaining from sex until marriage.

Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton recently went viral on TikTok riding a suitcase around her mansion to a remix of young Barron Trump saying, “I like my suitcase!”

Beyond the TikTok trends, Hilton has been actively urging the House to pass the Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act. While her advocacy is undeniably bipartisan, child advocacy and efforts to combat abuse and trafficking have long resonated strongly with conservatives.

Alexa and Carlos PenaVega

Alexa PenaVega, who played Carmen Cortez in the Spy Kids films, is married to Carlos PenaVega of Big Time Rush. This year, Malcolm in the Middle's Frankie Muniz tweeted that he had just landed in Los Angeles and was “already disgusted by this hell hole,” with Alexa responding, “Same, friend. Same.”

According to social media users, she liked a comment that read, "Trump 2024. Love you Alexa!" The PanaVegas are also vocal about their Christian faith.

Kristin Cavallari

In 2016, former reality TV star Kristin Cavallari came to Donald Trump’s defense. In an interview on the SiriusXM Wake Up With Taylor radio show, Cavallari opened up about why she backed Trump’s “locker room” comments. “I actually do think that guys talk like that. They do,” she said, adding, “Some of my girlfriends talk like that.”

The mother of three also predicted one of her sons might grow up to talk like Trump. “My oldest [Camden] is such a good kid that he wouldn’t swear, just because he’s such a people pleaser. He’s the sweetest thing in the entire world. He will definitely not be talking like Trump,” she said, but “Jaxon, on the other hand, definitely will be. I have one of each in my house.”

Azealia Banks

Rapper Azealia Banks might be known for her chaotic energy on social media, but you’ve got to hand it to her – she’s brutally honest and simply does not care what anyone thinks.

Initially, she announced she was voting for Kamala Harris, but later shocked her followers with a tweet that read: “Lmao I lied, I voted for Trump yesterday.”

She was even spotted at a Trump rally this year, making it known that she’s gone to the right side.

Jameela Jamil

English actress and activist Jameela Jamil caused a backlash when she criticized the liberal media's dishonesty and their hypocritical stance on vaccine mandates. She wrote:

"Biden should have stepped down earlier. The White House and the Media shouldn't have covered up his obvious cognitive decline. The left/liberals have been an increasingly alienating, hypocritical, ostracizing and punitive party for 8 years. They drove their own support away.”

Jamil continued, “They didn't listen to their voters on the MidEast. The liberal media has always been dishonest in ways that have cost them the trust of the public and then been found out. Democrats mandated Covid vaccines, dismantling 'my body my choice' rhetoric. They spoke down to the very people they most needed to convert at every chance over the past 8 years." Where’s the lie?

Mark Wahlberg

Mark Wahlberg is another celebrity often associated with conservative values, despite his past claims that celebrities should stay out of politics. Wahlberg has been criticized by figures like Jack White, who included him in a list of celebrities he believes support President Donald Trump by appearing at events where Trump was present. White’s Instagram post called out Wahlberg, along with Joe Rogan, Mel Gibson, and Guy Fieri, accusing them of supporting Trump... as if that's a crime.

Wahlberg has also openly stated that he believes politics and celebrity culture should remain separate. In a 2016 interview, Wahlberg argued, “It just goes to show you that people aren’t listening to [celebrities] anyway. They might buy your CD or watch your movie, but you don’t put food on their table. You don’t pay their bills.” He continued, expressing how Hollywood is out of touch with the everyday person: “A lot of Hollywood is living in a bubble. They’re pretty out of touch with the common person, the everyday guy out there providing for their family. Me, I’m very aware of the real world. I come from the real world, and I exist in the real world.”
