Emily Ratajkowski Is Called Out For Criticizing Men Who Abuse Women While Reportedly Dating Brad Pitt
Model Emily Ratajkowski is known for speaking her mind about feminist issues, and she's been vocal lately about men like Harvey Weinstein who have abused multiple women. However, the internet isn't letting her forget that she's been linked to Brad Pitt, whose ex-wife has alleged that he physically and emotionally abused both her and their children.
Emily Ratajkowski often uses her social media platforms to raise awareness about issues that she's passionate about. Recently, she criticized the fictional Marilyn Monroe movie Blonde, claiming that it was nothing more than an opportunity for people to fetishize female pain. She also spoke out about the Adam Levine cheating scandal, insisting that we need to hold men accountable rather than blaming women for them being unfaithful to their wives (this was a response to people who pointed out that it was wrong for Sumner Stroh to get involved with a married man). However, the internet isn't letting Emily get away with her rants so easily. Many people are pointing out that she's been linked to a man who has had some pretty believable accusations thrown at him recently.

Emily created a TikTok saying that cancel culture hasn't really done us any good. "All we have now is men who are afraid of consequences,” she said. “As a parent, I can tell you when you want to teach your child something like not to hit other kids, you don’t want them to not hit other kids because they’re scared of a timeout.” She has a 19-month-old son named Sylvester.
“You want them to not hit other kids because they have empathy, and they understand that hurting other kids is not nice because it will hurt those kids, and they don’t want to hurt other kids,” she continued.
“I think in a post-Me Too world, what we have is a lot of dudes who are afraid of getting caught, they’re just afraid of the consequences of their actions,” she said. “They don’t actually understand, fundamentally, why they need to change their actions. So that’s not progress.”
While many people agree with her, there are a lot of her followers on TikTok who can't help but point out that she's reportedly dating Brad Pitt. "Girl you're literally dating Brad Pitt," one person said. Another person said, "But...aren't you dating Brad Pitt? I'm confused."
Brad's ex-wife Angelina Jolie alleges in a court filing that he was physically and mentally abusive of both her and their children. Apparently, during a private flight from France to California, he lashed out at his family.
The filing states that “Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her." Additionally, it says Pitt "poured beer on Jolie" and "poured beer and red wine on the children." Jolie also alleges that Pitt grabbed her by the shoulders and "shook her again before pushing her into the bathroom wall." The filing also states, “Pitt then punched the ceiling of the plane numerous times, prompting Jolie to leave the bathroom.”
“She has gone to great lengths to try to shield their children from reliving the pain Pitt inflicted on the family that day,” the cross complaint says. “But when Pitt filed this lawsuit seeking to reassert control over Jolie’s financial life and compel her to rejoin her ex-husband as a frozen-out business partner, Pitt forced Jolie to publicly defend herself on these issues for the first time.”
Emily has been completely silent on this horrific accusation, and many are confused about why. Does she actually care about feminist and #MeToo issues, or is she only talking about these topics for clicks and likes? Her relationship with Brad hasn't been confirmed yet, but her complete silence on the accusations brought against him says a whole lot.
