The host of The Fresh and Fit Podcast – one of the most popular podcasts in the manosphere – was exposed for pressuring his girlfriend to get an abortion despite always preaching about the "importance of fathers" in society.

Amrou Fudl, who goes by "Myron Gaines" or "Fit," is the author of Why Women Deserve Less. He and his co-host Walter Weekes, otherwise known as "FreshPrinceCEO" or "Fresh," often urge women to "take accountability" for their actions on their podcast. They usually blame the women for pregnancies, stating that they "chose the wrong guy," often leading them to become single mothers.

Fresh and Fit Host "Exposed"

A leaked call between "alpha male" Fresh and his alleged girlfriend has circulated on X (formerly Twitter). The conversation and screenshots of the messages were uploaded to Instagram by Fresh's alleged girlfriend, Daisy (@Daisyfit_Chen). The woman can be heard saying that she wants the baby "because I don't want to kill the baby. I don't want to kill nobody."

To which Fresh responds, "You're not. They just give you a pill, and it's over."

Daisy explains that she "can't pretend like nothing happened." She insists, "I can't. In my religion, we don't kill. No."

In other screenshots, Fresh reportedly tells Daisy that "bringing a kid into this world without both parents' love is cruel," yet he often speaks about how fatherhood is important for a child's development. I suppose Daisy chose the wrong guy because he doesn't want to take responsibility for his actions.

Shockingly, the host says that he is "worried" he now has to "test other girls, at least 4." Daisy is surprised and asks him if he's been having sex with four other women without protection and adds, "I hope you have all the money for your [children's] support."

"I don't have money," said Fresh.

Daisy reveals that she fell in love with Fresh and that he asked her to meet his mom. He told her that he sees himself spending his whole life with her. If this is true, then she trusted him fully enough to have unprotected sex with him. And, given how he's always preaching about the virtues of masculinity and fatherhood, it makes sense why she would trust him enough to have a kid with him.

Turns out, he lied – according to Daisy. "He used me, hurted me," she wrote. "He was a cheater, a huge gamer, I only found out this later and started to take his haters words... When people told me negative things about him in the beginning, I always stood by his side and supported him and believed him. I choose to believe in my partner instead of audience. The truth is he pretended to be a high value man, to date girls, then ditch them."

"The reason why I'm exposing this is because as a woman, I want to stand out for other women, I don't want any other girls ended up like me."

This is not the first time that a Fresh and Fit podcast host has been accused of asking a woman to abort their baby.

According to YouTuber Grind and Motivate, Myron Gaines got an OnlyFans model pregnant and begged her for an abortion two years ago.

Media personality Connor Tomlinson wrote on X, "Influencers who have hijacked the Manosphere only offer a shallow conception of masculinity. Real men take responsibility, exercise paternal authority, and are present fathers to children."

However, fans have come to the host's defense. "There is literally nothing bad here, he's pro abortion, and he wants men to have the right to walk away from paternity, he didn't mistreat her in any way shape or form, she's baiting Hard trying to get him to say something bad and she failed," wrote @asta11446622.

Large internet personality Sneako has also defended Fresh.

He posted, "Talk all the shit you want but Fresh and Fit has singlehandedly saved more western men’s lives than any other podcast EVER."

Fresh has yet to respond to the allegations.
