Hailey Bieber Wants To Take Legal Action Against Online Haters
Watch out! Hailey Bieber is "exploring" her "legal options" against internet trolls, according to TMZ.

According to TMZ, Hailey is finally exploring her legal options for the first time ever. And at this point, I don’t think I can blame her. The latest wave of internet discourse paints her as both a bully and a stalker. Social media users are convinced that she watches Selena Gomez's every move and copies her.
TMZ’s sources say the Rhode founder may potentially hire powerhouse attorney Lisa Moore, the same legal pit bull who helped Cardi B win $4 million in a defamation case against blogger Tasha K. The outlet reports that becoming a mom has also shifted her priorities, making her more invested in shutting down the internet’s claims about her.
Just recently, TikTok was in flames over claims that Hailey had liked a shady post about Selena Gomez’s fiancé, Benny Blanco. Before that could even settle, a seven-part YouTube deep dive emerged, alleging that she stalked Justin Bieber and used her connections to secure a marriage with him.
In 2023, Hailey came under fire after she and Kendall Jenner caught heat for posting a now-deleted TikTok where they mouthed along to the audio, “I’m not saying she deserves it, but I’m saying God’s timing is always right.” Conveniently, Selena had just been body-shamed at the time.
Selena herself tried to shut this all down when she publicly asked fans to stop harassing Hailey last year. She even followed her on Instagram! But now, in 2025, we’re back to the same drama after a TikToker showed a screenshot of Hailey liking her shady post. Some believe the screenshot showing Hailey’s like was photoshopped. Others say it’s real, but Hailey's team has denied the allegations.
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber’s Instagram activity isn’t helping. Back in January, he allegedly unfollowed Hailey, then tried to blame it on hackers, saying, “Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife. S–t is getting suss out here.”
What Happens Next?
If Hailey does move forward with legal action, it could change the game for celebrity internet drama. Cardi B proved that online defamation lawsuits can actually stick, and Hailey seems to be considering the same path. If she moves forward, we could be seeing influencers and armchair detectives forced to start fact-checking before they hit upload.
