Ben and Jennifer surprised everyone with their elopement in Vegas last month. Jennifer shared the details on her newsletter "On The J.Lo" and wrote about their experience in "the wedding capital of the world." But they decided to have a celebration with friends and family in Georgia over the weekend.

The couple hosted a lavish party at Ben's $8.9 million mansion near Savannah, Georgia, which is incidentally the location where they were planning to marry the first time they were engaged. Jennifer wore a white Ralph Lauren gown with a long train and veil, and they walked down a long white aisle with their children following behind. Jay Shetty, podcaster and life coach, officiated the ceremony.

Guests included Matt Damon and his wife Luciana, director Kevin Smith, actor Jason Mewes, and more. Ben's brother Casey Affleck wasn't able to attend due to "parental obligations at home" and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, who remains close with Ben, couldn't come because of scheduling conflicts while she films in Texas.

The photos showed the couple sharing their first kiss as husband and wife, all the guests wearing white, and photographers taking photos of Ben and Jennifer as they posed on a bridge. The property had many forms of security around the perimeter, including around the river at the back of the property, in order to stave off paparazzi and unwelcome intruders.

The guests ate oven-roasted chicken, fried pork chops, mac and cheese, rice and vegetables, and barbecue. Buses brought guests to and from the property as the entertainment and live music unfolded.

Ben and Jennifer haven't released photos yet, but judging by all the photographers, there will be many pictures to share on social media eventually.
