Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Marry In A Small Vegas Ceremony: "Twenty Years Patient"
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck surprised the world when they got back together almost 20 years after breaking up in 2004. In a newsletter to her closest followers, J-Lo announced that the two got married in a small ceremony in Las Vegas.
The world may have had many opinions about J-Lo and Ben Affleck getting back together, but they aren't phased by it. Over the weekend, the couple eloped to Las Vegas and got married in a little wedding chapel.

"We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient," J-Lo wrote in a newsletter. "Twenty years patient."
She shared intimate photos of the couple together in Vegas. They had a small ceremony and even "stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world." J-Lo described the couples they met and how special it was to share the same desire: "for the world to recognize us as partners and to declare our love to the world through the ancient and nearly universal symbol of marriage."
J-Lo wore "a dress from an old movie" along with a jacket from Ben's closet. They read their own vows and even used a bluetooth speaker to play music when they walked down the aisle.
"When love is real, the only thing that matters in marriage is one another and the promise we make to love, care, understand, be patient, loving and good to one another," she wrote. "We had that. And so much more. Best night of our lives."
One detail that fans are gushing over is the fact that she signed the newsletter as Mrs. Jennifer Lynne Affleck. Seemingly, J-Lo has changed her last name; this is her fourth marriage, and she's never changed her last name before, so perhaps this is a sign of everlasting love for the happy couple.
