Joe Biden Inches Taller In New Video—Are They Using A CIA Mask Or Body Double?

A CIA officer said they could "make two of you" using their advanced masks, prompting many to believe that the Joe Biden we're seeing in the media is a body double.

This week, influencer Ian Carroll shared his thoughts on social media: that the Joe Biden we currently see in the media is not the real one but another man wearing a mask on his face. I know it sounds crazy, but let's hear Carroll out.

But first, let's revisit the recent events regarding the President. Biden seemingly went missing for days, and the signature on his last five executive orders looked nothing like his original. Biden also somehow grew inches taller when he came back, towering over his wife in their public appearances.

In addition, Kamala Harris seemingly had a Freudian slip when she nearly referred to Biden's phone call to her as a "recording" during a press conference. You can read more about the strange theories regarding the President here.

The CIA and Skin Masks

Carroll noted how Biden seemingly disappeared for five days after a Covid diagnosis and returned looking rejuvenated. He suggests that the new footage of Biden going up the stairs, walking alongside Kamala Harris, and other videos of him looking “charged” are a different man. The CIA, he says, has been documented to use realistic, skin-like masks – so who’s to say they’re no longer using that now? “The CIA has been using Mission Impossible skin masks like on your face for like 40 years,” the content creator explained.

Spies used these advanced masks to conceal their identities during missions. You can easily find YouTube videos of former CIA agents talking about this topic:

Carroll shows an excerpt from the book Legacy of Ashes, written by reporter Tim Weiner, who wrote that the CIA's Tony Mendez was the brainchild of "forgery and disguise." Mendez was the former chief of disguise, as well as the chief of the Graphics and Authentication Division in the agency's Office of Technical Service.

"Mendez and his crew were the people who perfected the Mission Impossible masks that allowed white officers to disguise themselves as Africans, Arabs, and Asians," the highlighted quote reads.

Weiner also wrote about The Technical Services Division that "created a Dinka disguise, which included a rubber facemask, arms, and hands."

Tony Mendez's wife, CIA officer and also chief of disguise Jonna Mendez, learned mask-making from a CIA contractor, a Hollywood makeup artist, and an honorary Oscar winner for Planet of the Apes. "She made masks that could change the wearer’s race and gender, a nice trick, and a necessity in a clandestine service made up almost exclusively of White men working abroad in lands where they were a minority," The Washington Post wrote of Mendez.

Jonna infiltrated the Oval Office in 1991 when she met with former President George H.W. Bush. She told Bush about the agency's "new disguise capabilities," masks that "are so good," "so realistic, that you can actually get up close and have personal contact with someone for an extended period of time," as she described.

Bush looked around the floor for a bag containing these special disguises; Jonna told him she was wearing it and peeled the mask off.

Carroll also shows a video of Ben Affleck discussing the film Argo (introduced by the Mendezs), and the interviewer asked if he believes that there are Hollywood actors who "moonlight as CIA agents." Affleck smiled. "I think they probably put a few, yes," he admitted. "Probably Hollywood is full of CIA agents, and we just don't know it. And I wouldn't be surprised at all to discover that this was extremely common."

In a Ted Talk, Jonna says she could make "two of you." So, who's to say the Oval Office has never used a body double since the CIA introduced it? She said, "Those masks were the beginning of a whole new generation of work that we did at the CIA. Once we could make these masks that fit you so well, then we discovered we could make a twin. We could make another you. There could be two of you. We could actually make five or six of you, but usually, one extra was all we needed."

Carroll insists that he's not saying that Biden is for sure using a double, but that we should be open to entertaining certain ideas. He said toward the end of his video, "I'm just saying that those things exist, and they can be used in the world today by intelligence agencies or anyone else that has access to that technology."
