Uncut Gems Julia Fox walked topless this week for Alexander Wang at the 2023 New York Fashion Week. The A-list designer has faced numerous sexual assault allegations since 2019, and he's issued an apology for his mistakes. Still, audience members are not happy about his return, since Wang reportedly harassed, drugged, and groped multiple people.

A screenshot on TikTok appears to show a user calling out Fox for defending Wang. Marlee Loiben wrote, "Julia doesn't walking for Alexander Wang go against everything you stand for???" To which the actress responded, "2b frank I love cancel culture but we do need to leave room for rehabilitation & for those who put in the work & heal & learn from their mistakes."

It's strange how Fox, who claimed in the past that she dated Kanye to "get him off of Kim's case," is now defending a man who knows what he's done. While she claims to support "women" and other victims, we must remember that actions speak louder than words.

In December 2022, Fox came under fire for uploading a photo of her Christmas ornament of an erect teddy bear. The strange decor was an obvious reference to Balenciaga, since the actress captioned it, "Too soon? Lol."

More recently, the 33-year-old model fueled outrage after "accidentally" making fun of a male sexual assault victim. A user on TikTok had taken part in the "mascara trend," where people use the term as a euphemism for "penis." The victim shared his experience of sexual assault on the platform, writing, "I gave this one girl mascara one time, and it must've been so good that she decided that she and her friend should both try without my consent."

Fox commented, "Idk why but I don't feel bad for u lol." After facing backlash, she went on TikTok to apologize and informed her followers that she didn't know what "mascara" meant, and somehow missed the hashtags the victim used. "#saawareness and #menspeakup" were written in the caption of his video.

"So, I commented on a video because I thought this guy was talking about getting his mascara stolen by some girl, and then the girl lent it to her friend," the actress explained. "As I read it, it just seemed so dramatic in that video, and I was like, 'Damn, don't catch a case, it's just mascara.' But it was, in fact, not just mascara."

She added, "Anyway, I have already apologized to this person, but I just want to apologize to everyone who has been a victim of you-know-what. I'm really sorry. I'm really showing my age right now."
