Justin Bieber Wants Out Of Hollywood: “I Want Nothing To Do With That”

Justin Bieber broke his silence on Instagram Story with a message that seemed to confirm what fans have speculated for months: he’s desperate to get out of Hollywood and be free.

The post, which featured Lil Wayne's "How To Love" playing in the background, opened with: "Everyone telling me to move from LA. U think I'm gonna get bullied to leave where my influence is most needed?" Bieber continued, calling out the "darkness" he sees in the industry, asking, "How can we make a change if we run away from the darkness?"

He acknowledged his own involvement, writing, "I too have been caught up in the transactional nature of Hollywood. It's embarrassing but with that said I want nothing to do with that as a grown adult with a wife and son."

Bieber went on to say he wants to be "submerged in the culture learning from any and everyone" and concluded by calling himself "a proponent and advocate for LOVE AND EQUALITY."

The post appears to be a direct response to a growing narrative pushed by media outlets claiming he and Hailey Bieber are on the rocks. But there may be more at play. On a recent episode of her show, Candace Owens suggested that these headlines are part of a wider PR campaign meant to destabilize the couple. “They're like 'Look at how miserable he is in this marriage'... They are telling you that there's something wrong with this marriage and obviously they are being paid a hefty sum or they have a very powerful person that is insisting upon this,” she said.

Owens claimed a source told her the real aim is to break Bieber's support system. "I am told that the purpose of that is that they believe that the first thing they need to do is break apart his support system... this is a common method when you're engaging in a black propaganda campaign."

She named PR firm Stephanie Jones PR as allegedly being behind the negative press, saying, "I am being told unbelievably that the PR firm that is engaging in this behind the scenes… And I'm going to say allegedly here is Stephanie Jones PR. Cannot make this up."

According to Owens, Bieber is trying to cut ties with the music industry entirely. "I'm told that Justin Bieber just like Michael Jackson is engaged in a war against musical executives… He wants out of Hollywood he does not care about the money he wants out."

But leaving isn’t so easy. Owens claims Bieber is stuck in private arbitration battles that make it nearly impossible to walk away. “These artists... have no idea that if things go badly they can't just go to the courts and resolve these issues publicly.”

“There is no way out for these artists and I'm told that Justin Bieber is particularly being tortured in arbitration at this moment.”

She concluded her segment with a warning and a plea. “They essentially think that Justin Bieber is not allowed to walk away from Hollywood in the same way that Kanye was not allowed to walk away from Hollywood,” she said.

"Justin needs to get out... I'm begging you and Haley to get up and to move your family somewhere outside of California and Los Angeles which they completely control."

"If you are not praying for Justin Bieber you should be."

Bieber may not be ready to leave Los Angeles just yet, but he no longer wants to play by its rules.
