Kanye West Was Trending Above The Super Bowl Because Of A Series Of Now-Deleted Instagram Posts

Even the 2022 Super Bowl couldn't claim the number one trending spot above Kanye West on Super Bowl weekend. The whole world has watched the entrepreneur and rapper unleash his unfiltered thoughts on Instagram over the last couple weeks, and he doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

In the wake of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's ongoing divorce process, the two have been linked to new partners and feuded about their daughter North's social media use. Kanye spent most of Super Bowl weekend trending at the number one spot for all the explosive things he said on his Instagram page.

Kanye Talked about Multiple Other Celebrities on His Instagram

Many of Kanye's Instagram posts are now deleted, but one in particular mentioned multiple public figures such as Hillary Clinton, Ellen DeGeneres, and Pete Davidson (who he refers to as Skete). Some of his posts are unintelligible, while others are a clear dig at Pete and Kim's relationship.

"DISNEY ASSIGNED THE ACTOR SKETE TO SERVE IN SOME BIGGER NARRATIVE," Kanye wrote. "BOB BOUGHT MARVEL AND DISNEY TO GAIN MORE INFLUENCE IN THE TEENAGE MARKET. ELLEN AND HILLARY BEEN WHISPERING IN KIMS EAR FOR YEARS"

He also goes on to say that Pete wore Trump hats to ridicule him "for not being in my black place as a voter" and make fun of his mental health. Kanye insists that Pete is a pawn while he himself has made a huge impact on American culture.

In other posts that have also since been deleted, he accused Pete of being a "dickhead" and Hillary Clinton's ex-boyfriend, as well as calling out Machine Gun Kelly for being an artist whose music nobody knows. He even shared a screenshot of Pete and Machine Gun Kelly in their underwear that was seen for a Calvin Klein promotional livestream.

Kanye Was Trending above the Super Bowl

All of his social media traffic generated so much attention that Kanye was trending above the Super Bowl. He took to Instagram to announce this fact and remind everyone what his true goal is.

"I DIDNT WAKE UP AND FIGHT FOR MY FAMILY TO TREND OVER THE SUPER BOWL BUT IT HAPPENED THE SUPER BOWL BRINGS FAMILIES TOGETHER FOR EVERYONE MARRIED HOLD YOUR SPOUSE CLOSE MAKE SURE THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVE AND APPRECIATE THEM BECAUSE THERES A SKETE LURKING IN EVERY DIRTY ASS ALLEY WAITING TO HELP DESTROY YOUR FAMILY," he wrote.

Kanye starred in a McDonald's Super Bowl ad and attended the game with his daughter North, 8, and son Saint, 6.

In one of his most recent posts on Instagram (which is still on his page) he shared a photo of Kim and Pete, who went to dinner together on the night of the Super Bowl.

Kanye wrote in the caption that he doesn't have any beef with Kim; he just wants his family to be back together. "PEOPLE CALL ME CRAZY BUT TO BE IN LOVE IS TO BE CRAZY ABOUT SOMETHING AND I AM CRAZY ABOUT MY FAMILY HAPPY VALENTINES," he concluded.
