The Princess of Wales paid homage to Princess Diana this Saturday at the coronation. Kate Middleton arrived at the event wearing a red and blue cape with an intricate, white Alexander Mcqueen dress, and shamrocks to honor the four countries of the U.K.

She stunned in a Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen silver leaf headpiece, but it was her earrings that captured the attention of royal fans. In a bold move, Middleton decided to wear the beautiful pearl and diamond earrings Prince Charles gifted Princess Diana before their wedding in 1981.

King Charles III was officially crowned after taking the British monarch's oath during his coronation on May 6, 2023. His wife, Queen Consort Camilla, was also crowned during the ceremony. The formal confirmation comes months after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, died on September 8, 2022. While the day was celebrated by more than 2,000 guests, it's evident that most users haven't forgotten about the new king's scandalous past.
