Khloe and Tristan have been under the scrutiny of the public for a few years now, and they welcomed their daughter True into the world in 2018. When Khloe was pregnant with their daughter, Tristan was off in New York gallivanting and partying. In fact, there was footage released that showed Tristan entering a hotel with a woman, only to emerge hours later. That was devastating enough, but it turns out that Tristan was unfaithful yet again earlier this year. In January, the whole world learned that Tristan had an affair with Maralee Nichols, a personal trainer, when he was still in a relationship with Khloe. He and Maralee even had a baby in December 2021, and she started a legal battle over the fact that he wasn't providing financial assistance for their son. A paternity test was even administered, revealing that Tristan was definitely the father. Khloe's reaction was filmed in the first season of The Kardashians on Hulu, and it's safe to say she didn't take it that well.

Even though he has wronged her many times, she's still having a baby with him via surrogate—and she's due any minute. Khloe's representative confirmed that she's expecting a child with Tristan and that the baby was conceived in November. She has said before that it's "selfish" not to give True a sibling, even though Tristan also has another child (a 5-year-old son) with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
