Kylie Jenner And Billie Eilish Suspected To Have "Sanpaku Eyes," Which Have Been Associated With Famous Celebrities' Premature Death

In May 2022, a tragedy occurred at Astroworld festival, a music event created by rapper Travis Scott. Eight victims died between the ages of 14 and 27 due to a crowd surge that trampled innocent people caught in the stampede. Many were critical of Travis and claimed that he could have done much more to stop the horrors. He and many others expressed their regrets at what occurred that day, including his ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner. However, many fans have a theory that Kylie's eyes have changed after what happened at Astroworld. It's called sanpaku eyes, and Billie Eilish is suspected to have the same condition.

Popular TikToker @sugeneshin_ shares the theory that Kylie's sanpaku eyes indicate something disturbing going on internally. She explains that sanpaku eyes is when you can see the whites around the iris of the eyes, which is also called scleral show. In Japanese culture, sanpaku eyes is part of a face reading that can reveal a person's personality or internal struggles, such as illness, aging, injury, or a decline in mental health. @sugeneshin_ lists many previous famous celebrities who were notorious for their sanpaku eyes: Princess Diana, Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe, and even Abraham Lincoln.

"Sanpaku eyes aren't very common, and one thing all these celebrities have in common is that they've passed away before their time," she explains. "Fans are saying Kylie's eyes have changed ever since Astroworld."

She points out that in many photos, Kylie is looking upwards, which will naturally make the whites under her irises show more prominently. But there are some photos that show her looking straight into the camera in which the whites around her eyes are very visible.

Billie Eilish has sanpaku eyes that are even more visible. In just about every photo of Billie, the whites of her eyes are immediately noticeable. It's part of her unique look that many people are captivated by. But according to Japanese physiognomy, her eyes could indicate that something is not quite right in her life. In the comment section of @sugeneshin_'s video, many people expressed concern over Billie's future.

"I'm worried about Billie being in the 27 club, idk why but i worry, [sic]" one user commented. The 27 club refers to famous celebrities who died when they were only 27 years old. The list includes Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Amy Winehouse, Kurt Cobain, and Anton Yelchin.

Another fan pointed out in the comment section that Sydney Sweeney also has the same sanpaku eyes. "Apparently if you have senpaku eyes, 'the world is against you,' so yes I think it holds the trend," one person replied. It could be a silly fan theory, but it has left plenty of people concerned about the mental wellbeing of stars like Kylie and Billie (and maybe even Sydney).
