Miley Cyrus "Had No Idea" That Tish's Husband Dominic Purcell "Used To Date" Noah Cyrus, According To Insider

Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus parted ways in 2022 after nearly three decades together.

But her achy-breaky heart is no more as Tish proudly flaunts her new romance, Dominic Purcell, whom she wed in August 2023. Tish revealed that they had a missed connection in 2016 but that she reached out to Purcell years later. “We go to lunch and make out for like three hours,” the mom revealed on Call Her Daddy podcast.

The internet celebrated Tish and Dom's relationship without realizing that Noah – Tish's youngest daughter – previously had a "relationship" with her new stepdad, according to reports. Yikes.

According to People, Noah and Purcell saw each other before things got serious between the actor and her mom. A source informed the outlet that Noah, 24, "was offended" that her mom married the Prison Break star, 54, after she hooked up with him.

"Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a friends with benefits way, off and on. They stopped seeing each other and then Tish started something up," the source claims, adding that "Tish knew he had been seeing Noah."

Even though Noah and Purcell quit seeing each other by the time he got with Tish, the source is saying "Tish never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this before they got married." Neither Tish nor Purcell have responded to People's request for comment, which is interesting, because you'd think they'd deny it if it truly didn't happen.

Miley Cyrus was completely unaware of any alleged drama between her little sister, her mother, and Purcell. People's insider says, "Miley had no idea about the drama with Dominic. No idea at all."

"She confronted her mom about it. She thinks it’s a strange situation, but she loves her mom and wants her to be happy," the insider claims.

Us Weekly echoes these stunning allegations, stating that their insider revealed that Noah is "distraught" over the "man-stealing" incident. “[She] is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her,” the insider added.

Noah was apparently not invited to the wedding ceremony that took place last summer, but In Touch's report from last year said they didn't attend because they didn't approve of their mom's relationship. “They love their mom, but it’s been super difficult for them to get used to her with anyone but their dad,” their source said in 2023. The source shared that Miley was “disappointed” in Noah and her younger brother, Braison, for not attending.

“It saddens her because she adores Dominic and can see he’s a great match for her mother,” they continued.

Meanwhile, the insider said it “broke” Tish’s “heart” that Noah and Braison “skipped her big day.”

“She truly believes Dominic is her soulmate and that it’s time for all the kids to grow up and get used to that,” they concluded.
