Social media is buzzing with rumors that Joe Rogan is preparing to sue MSNBC for a staggering $30 million.

This week, a viral video shared by MSNBC seemingly portrayed Rogan as a Kamala Harris supporter. The misleading text on the now-deleted video read, "Joe Rogan predicts Harris will win the presidency."

"She's gonna win," he said in the video. "She can win." Then, the following clips made it seem like Rogan was praising Harris: "She is a strong woman. She is a person who served overseas twice, in a medical unit. She was a congresswoman for eight years. She is a person of color. She's everything you want."

However, it was soon revealed that Rogan's comments were taken out of context. In reality, Rogan was talking about former U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard.

MSNBC then re-uploaded a video of Rogan and cut out the part where he's describing Gabbard. They admit in their new caption that the previous version was misleading. "Correction: We have removed an earlier version of this post that incorrectly implied Joe Rogan was talking more about Vice President Kamala Harris," they wrote. "He was referring to Tulsi Gabbard."

MSNBC's fake news fueled outrage over the manipulation of Rogan's comments. The controversy also caught the attention of the former Democratic presidential candidate herself. Taking to X, Gabbard uploaded a video slamming the outlet.

In her post, she stated, "MSNBC is again EXPOSED as a propaganda machine for the Democrat Elite, and how they will brazenly try to deceive the American people. One part of the video @joerogan was talking about Kamala; on another part of the video, he was talking about me. MSNBC combined it together to make it look like everything said was about Kamala and that he was endorsing her. Of course this is completely false."

Gabbard believes MSNBC's actions were unethical. She continued, "Furthermore, it’s another violation of the FEC law by failing to report their propaganda as a contribution to Kamala’s campaign."

Joe Rogan To Sue MSNBC for $30 Million?

Numerous accounts on X claim that the podcaster is suing MSNBC for $30 million. One user, @akafacehots, tweeted, "BREAKING: Joe Rogan is suing MSNBC for 30 million dollars for editing/splicing a video to make it sound like he was pro Kamala Harris when he was actually criticizing her." His post garnered over 100,000 likes and two million views.

The rumors have intensified, with many social media users and commentators claiming Rogan is taking legal action against MSNBC.

While Rogan certainly has the resources to file a lawsuit against MSNBC for using him in their propaganda, the news of him suing for $30 million remains unconfirmed.
