Who Is Audrey Hale?
While the shooter has been identified as Audrey Hale, the face of the individual hasn't. Social media sleuths believe Hale is the individual in the photos below, and that she had an Instagram account that was deleted. As stated on the screenshots of her purported LinkedIn, Hale was an illustrator and graphic designer at the Nossi College of Art.
Here is an example of her "art," which features the famous character from The Shining. Some of the text on the piece reads, "He went insane," and "gone insane."
Another user, @Vox_Oculi, believes they found more of Hale's content. "Curious findings from the portfolio website of Audrey Hale, the Nashville shooter suspect. A lot of child focused artwork…" they tweeted. "There’s a company children’s logo with the 🏳️⚧️ flag, but also a typographic REDRUM portrait of Jack Torrence from The Shining… 🚩 The 'creative.aiden' instagram doesn’t seem to exist."
Police say they found detailed maps and a manifesto. “We have a manifesto, we have some writings that we’re going over that pertain to this day,” says Nashville police chief John Drake.
The three students – all aged 9 – have been identified as Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallei Scruggs, and William Kinney. The faculty members were Cynthia Peak, 61, Mike Hill, 61, and Katherine Koonce, 60, as tweeted by MNPD Nashville.
