The Lost City premieres on March 19, so stars like Bullock and Tatum are doing their rounds and giving interviews about what it's been like to work together. Bullock has spoken a few times about how much fun it was on set with her coworkers Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe, Brad Pitt, etc. But in a recent red-carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, Bullock reveals where she and Tatum first met.

Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum Met in the Principal's Office

Bullock's daughter Laila, 10, and Tatum's daughter Everly, 8, went to the same preschool when they were younger, and according to Bullock, they were "both very strong headed young girls."

"We met in the principal's office at preschool," Bullock said with a smile. "I'm not kidding." The two girls got themselves into trouble because "they had it out for each other." Bullock joked that every time they would get a call from the principal, she and Tatum hoped it was the other one's daughter who was in trouble.

But it was the beginning of a strong friendship. "When you’ve been parents in trouble in the principal’s office it sort of bonds you," Bullock continued. This friendship has only continued now that they worked together on the set of The Lost City.

"We have the same work ethic, we watch each other’s back, we have fun, we have just genuine love for each other," she concluded.
