Rapper and mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.

The shocking news comes after lawsuits alleged that Combs drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl with a "male celebrity" while an unnamed "female celebrity" watched. Another male says he was sexually assaulted in 2008 at the "Making the Band" auditions by Combs when he was only 17 years old.

A suit filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York obtained by Variety says a John Doe claims the alleged assault took place in 2015 when he was only 10. "In an attempt to help their son’s career aspirations, the boy’s parents hired an industry consultant who recommended they fly from their home in Los Angeles to New York to meet with music industry figures," Variety reports. "During the trip, the consultant arranged for Combs to meet with the young boy for an 'audition,' and Combs asked to meet with the boy alone before meeting with the family."

The unnamed consultant took the young boy to Comb's hotel room and left them alone. The minor performed some songs for Combs, who allegedly promised he could "make him a star" and asked how badly he wanted it. The complaint adds that the "plaintiff responded, as might any 10-year-old child, that he would 'do anything.'"

A person present in the room gave the boy soda, but he felt "a little funny" after he drank it. The drink was laced with drugs, according to the plaintiff's attorney, “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” Combs told the boy to get closer to him and then pushed him down, stating something along the lines of “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.”

Combs took out his genitalia and told the boy to "kiss it." When the child refused, Combs allegedly forced him to perform oral sex, and the boy lost consciousness. When he woke up again, Combs' “pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt badly.” He asked to see his parents and cried, and the rapper told him that if he ever said anything to anyone, "he would hurt his parents."

The consultant returned and noticed the boy was "badly shaken" and noticed that the boy was "lethargic and acting differently." John Doe has since been suffering from “severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him hopeless and fatigued.”

The harrowing claims are similar to the then-13-year-old's allegations, who "began to feel woozy and lightheaded" after she accepted a drink at an afterparty on the night of the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. Combs and two other celebrities entered her room when she went to lie down. "She then alleges that she was raped by the male celebrity as the female celebrity watched before allegedly being raped by Combs as both celebrities watched," Variety reports. "The suit goes on to allege that after the assault, the plaintiff — who now lives in Alabama — 'fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.'"

Meanwhile, Combs continues to deny all allegations against him. Combs' attorney has given the following statement: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

The rapper has been incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. Two different judges denied his bail, and he will remain behind bars until his trial in May 2025.
