Selena Gomez Dubbed "Amber Heard 2.0" And Is Accused Of "Stalking" Justin Bieber By A Fan

It's been months since Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber became the center of attention due to an alleged feud on social media. Meanwhile, it has been five years since Jelena officially called it quits. Despite this, people are still finding ways of accusing the three of "stalking," "copying," and being "obsessive."

This week, Selena Gomez posted an innocent selfie with her dog. Shortly after, Justin Bieber's friend Jason Kennedy shared a snapshot of the popstar and his dog on Instagram. Now, Selena is facing accusations of "stalking" – even though she was the one to post a pic first.

"Selena really posted an old pic with her dog right BEFORE the pic of Justin with his dog was posted so she can convince people that he’s obsessed with her," wrote @BIEBERthegoat1 on X. Their post garnered over 10 million views on the platform. "Why did she even KNOW he was with his dog today before it was posted?? MOVE ON STALKER @selenagomez."

The baseless claims didn't stop there. The Bieber fan continued, "remember Selena was evil enough to date Justin when he was 17 and she was already 18 - textbook grooming yet no one cares for some reason. She looks like she could be his mother especially when dressed like THAT. No class." They have an age difference of one year... It's not that deep. No one was groomed.

"Selena Gomez is literally Amber Heard 2.0. Both abusers that lied about abuse for sympathy," they added, referencing the notorious legal battle between Amber and Johnny Depp. "Johnny Depp got his justice and soon Justin Bieber will too. The picture of them together is so evil it gives me chills… the faces of pure EVIL ⬇️."

According to the crazed JB fan, "Selena spent years obsessing, abusing, and defaming Justin Bieber and she still won’t let up!" They commented how Selena will "get the same fate" as Amber Heard. Then, they had the audacity to state that the "Love You Like a Love Song" singer appears "much older" than Justin; therefore, she was "predatory" toward him.

You get the point. The entire thread remains baseless and unhinged. Not once has Justin accused Selena of abusing him or manipulating him. This case of Justin Bieber admirers pointing fingers at Selena Gomez for stalking (and vice versa) is a great example of the consequences of "stan" culture. The unhealthy, one-sided connections fans form with celebrities can sometimes border on delusion, particularly when they project their unfounded beliefs onto their favorite stars.

Hailey Bieber's bullying got so bad this year that Selena had to step in. The three of them are probably so tired of this "love triangle" that's been forced on them for so long by their own fans. "Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity," Selena wrote in her Instagram stories. "This isn't what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I've always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop."
