The 2023 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards, a beacon of honor in the country music industry, took place on May 11. This event brings together an impressive array of attendees, including country music's biggest stars, emerging talent, industry insiders, and devoted fans. The guest list typically includes past winners and nominees, along with the who's who of country music, from legendary artists to promising newcomers. Each year, music lovers eagerly anticipate performances by their favorite artists, who often debut new songs on the ACM stage.

The ACM Awards hold a significant place in the world of country music and beyond. The awards celebrate achievements across various categories including Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and many more. The event isn't exactly known for its fashion, and this year it proved to be a red carpet flop for the most part. Here are some of the memorable looks, from the average to the disastrous.

Mickey Guyton

The blazer and matching pants was a big hit on the red carpet on Thursday night, and Mickey met the trend with a silver bralette. Not great, not terrible.

Miranda Lambert

The country star wore a royal blue gown with a low-cut neckline and long waves. The color looked beautiful on her but the dress was a little ill-fitting.

Dolly Parton

About as Dolly as it gets!

Caylee Hammack

The pink is cute, but it looks more like a costume than a red carpet look.

Nicole Kidman

Nicole pulled off a matching set that was a sparkly, modern take on 1970s fashion, complete with long, straight hair.

Hannah Ellis

Hannah's dress was one of the best of the night. The silver halter neckline gown elongated her figure, even if her hairstyle fell a little flat.

Nastia Liukin

This purple, backless ensemble was talked about by many, but it didn't quite come together.

Rachel Smith

Rachel wore an Elie Saab dress that fit her well and complemented her figure.

Gabby Barrett

The sleeves are confusing at best.

Kimberly Perry

Kimberly accented her baby bump with a cutout dress that had a matching cape.

Tenille Townes

Another blazer and bralette combo, but this one looks ill-fitting and cheap.

Pillbox Patti

You could say it's a take on Barbiecore, but this just came out a little gaudy.
