Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Tori Kelly is reportedly battling blood clots after collapsing at dinner with friends on Sunday night. The 30-year-old "Nobody Love" artist was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, following a sudden fainting spell triggered by a swift acceleration of her heartbeat.

According to TMZ, the medical team attending to Kelly has discovered blood clots in her lungs and legs, sparking grave concerns over her condition. The outlet reported that she has been in and out of consciousness since her admittance, marking the severity of her condition.

Representatives for Kelly have not yet responded to requests for comment on her health situation. Meanwhile, the news has sent shockwaves through her extensive fan base who has grown to adore Kelly's soulful voice and emotive lyrics since her breakthrough nearly a decade ago.

Kelly first made a name for herself through YouTube, captivating audiences with her acoustic covers. Her talent was further recognized on the ninth season of American Idol in 2010, although she did not make it to the top 24. Nevertheless, her performances on the show paved the way for her to carve out a successful career in pop music.

Kelly's debut album, "Unbreakable Smile", hit the airwaves in 2015 and was met with widespread acclaim. Her singles "Nobody Love" and "Should've Been Us" charted well, securing her position as a rising star in the music industry. Her talent and hard work culminated in two Grammy Awards in 2019, adding a well-deserved feather to her musical cap.

Prior to her sudden hospitalization, Kelly was looking forward to reconnecting with her fans on the road. She expressed her longing for live performances in a conversation with PEOPLE in March. "I miss touring so much. I was actually on a world tour right as Covid was happening, and it was heartbreaking to have to cancel that. Since then, I haven't been able to tour,” she said. She also mentioned her anticipation to "see fans again and belt out these songs with them.”

Kelly recently released her first new solo single in nearly three years, "Missin u", hinting at her readiness to make a strong comeback to the world of music. However, the unforeseen health issue has led to a pause in her soaring career. As Kelly bravely battles these health complications, her fans, friends, and family are sending well-wishes and positive energy her way.

The public is not yet made aware of what caused the blood clots, but there is plenty of speculation. There have been quite a few other celebrities with health scares recently, such as Jamie Foxx, whose hospitalization was met with many rumors. He recently came forward to tell his fans that he is recovering and is very grateful for all the support, but he still didn't explain what he suffered from and what caused it. Hailey Bieber also shared details about the blood clots she experienced, which came from birth control, a long international flight, and coronavirus.

There are already many people who are tossing around the possibility that Kelly's blood clots came from the coronavirus vaccine, as that is a known side effect that has been proven to be deadly for many individuals. Of course, it is far too early to know the cause of Kelly's health issue, but it doesn't stop people from speculating. Because of the mystery that has shrouded the vaccine for the last couple years (and its suspected connection to perfectly healthy athletes, doctors, etc. dropping dead), it only leaves a big question mark about how much of an impact the shot has on young people who suddenly suffer from blood clots.
