Trans-Identifying Male Sues Yoga Studio For $5 Million After Women Complained About Him Getting Naked In Their Locker Room: "It Was Very Uncomfortable"

Ali Miles – who is also known as Dylan Miles – is a biological male reportedly in the process of transitioning. He currently wears women's clothes and is undergoing hormone therapy.

Miles, who still looks like a man and has his male genitals intact, was allegedly banned by Hot Yoga Chelsea's management from using the women's locker rooms and bathrooms on May 4. Miles entered the facilities despite being barred, leading to multiple complaints from female patrons who felt uncomfortable by his presence. A witness states they saw Miles "crouching" in front of the "shower stalls" as women showered naked.

As reported by the New York Post, Miles is now suing the gym for $5 million in the third gender-identity discrimination case he's filed in the last 13 months.

Miles says he was forced to use the men's locker room at the New York City-based studio. He allegedly showed up at the facility before a 5 p.m. class to change in the women's locker room, sparking complaints from female members who demanded he leave. The lawsuit states, "Female patrons … complained and yelled at Miles about Miles’ presence and use of the single-sex locker room and bathroom labeled women, and they demanded Miles leave and cease using the facilities."

A witness says Miles' behavior that day was "disturbing," that he is "150% a man," and that his genitals were exposed in the locker room. “We have other transgender people [at Chelsea Hot Yoga], we have several trans women and several trans men, and there’s never been a problem. … it’s this individual,” the witness tells the New York Post. "This person who claims to be a transitioning woman came into the female locker room, number one, in male shorts that were down to his knees. Although there could be some hormonal addition because his bust is bigger than mine, he did not wear any feminine top to cover his bust.”

According to the witness, Miles also crouched down on the floor in front of the shower stalls. “He also de-robed, and he is a full male. There’s 150% man. There were things hanging out," she continues, "It wasn’t even like he was just standing there. He was crouched down on the floor in front of the shower stalls. It was very uncomfortable for one of the women that was in there, and she was completely naked."

Unsurprisingly, Miles reacted like an angry male when the women confronted him. “This person started in immediately with reciting the law, and why would you do that? Because this person could see that there were other women, amongst myself, that were notably upset …This person, I don’t know if they come to these places to try to start a problem or whatever.”

A city law from 2016 currently requires places of "public accommodation" to allow guests to use the bathrooms that align with their gender identity, or to provide restrooms for "all genders." One expert states these litigations concerning trans bathroom and locker room claims could "sock city businesses."

Miles identifying as a female to seemingly enter women's private spaces is not an isolated case. Trans swimmer Lia Thomas, who was permitted to swim on the University of Pennsylvania women's team, allegedly exposed himself to his teammates and watched them undress. "We did not give our consent, they did not ask for our consent," an athlete informed Fox News. "In that locker room, we turned around, and there's a 6’4" biological man dropping his pants and watching us undress, and we were exposed to male genitalia."

Thomas has been suspected of having autogynephilia by some users, which is defined as a man's "propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as female."

Women today are silenced when they attempt to speak out about these issues. Ironically, we continue to be oppressed to give biological men a voice. While not all trans-identifying individuals are trying to enter women's spaces, it's important to note that there are guys out there who are covert misogynists disguising themselves as "transwomen." The longer we remain hush-hush about this disturbing matter, the more women will get harmed in the future – a huge blow to women's rights, despite what so-called "progressives" believe.
