According to @GeyInterrupted on the platform, "Carrie never voted until Big told her she had to vote for Bush in 2000. Essentially apolitical. Her politics are ‘man.’” Okay, true. Also, Carrie would probably see a shoe sale on the way and never make it to the polls.
Then she'd have some big, elaborate woe-is-me story to tell at lunch the next day to explain why she couldn't vote. "I ran into Big and needed to smoke to calm down, and while I was walking, I saw a sale, and you KNOW if Manolos are half-off, then who am I to not indulge?" Carrie would probably say. "I'm actually helping the economy, so in a way, I was doing my civic duty, just in true New York fashion."

That said, if she were to vote, she'd choose Trump. She wants a man who will take charge... in and out of the bedroom.
