Despite ending in 2012, Gossip Girl continues to be a hit with Gen Z, all thanks to TikTok. Fan edits and compilations have reignited an interest in the series again, all showcasing its iconic fashion choices, attractive characters, and absurd plotlines.

The question is, how would these iconic characters vote in today's political climate? Here's what we think!

Blair Waldorf

As a self-proclaimed Hillary Clinton Democrat, Blair has always viewed herself as a trendsetter. She wants to be a powerful and successful woman. However, we find it hard to believe that Waldorf would like "bratty" politicians like Kamala Harris.

She and Chuck would definitely vote for Donald Trump, as he reflects their penchant for power and influence.

Serena van der Woodsen

Serena’s political stance seems as whimsical as her personality. Because of her rebellious spirit, she would likely vote for the opposite of whoever her mom is dating.

The van der Woodsens, given how they come from wealthy and influential circles, align more with Republican values. With that being said, Serena would likely vote for Kamala Harris.

Lily van der Woodsen

The ever-sophisticated Lily might appear to be the picture of liberalism, but she harbors a secret. She would probably pretend to vote Democrat but secretly vote for Trump.

Why? Lily has a desire to maintain appearances while still following through with her own interests and desires.

Dan Humphrey

Ah, Dan, the quintessential outsider, would likely take a stand against the elite he grew up with. He would probably vote Kamala to "eat the rich," despite his own background as the son of a former rock star living in a million-dollar home in Brooklyn.

Vanessa Abrams

As the artsy free-spirit woman of the group, Vanessa would probably gravitate toward a more independent option. She'd probably be in her crunchy era and vote RFK or write in a third party.

Georgina Sparks

Always the wild card, Georgina would likely lean toward Trump.

She loves a good villain origin story. Her vote would undoubtedly be less about policy and more about the thrill of being part of a controversial choice.
